Our Mission
Allied Collaborative endeavors to enhance the lives of neurodivergent individuals by advocating autonomy, fostering independence, and eliminating obstacles for opportunity, by utilizing a more humanistic and understanding approach to better serve the whole individual. Allied Collaborative serves a variety of needs of many individuals, families, and businesses, to create a more integrative, knowledgeable, and overall healthier community through collaborative partnerships with other local agencies and professionals.

We believe that all individuals, despite their differences can commit to living their best productive lives and make valuable contributions to all facets of society. All individuals can overcome obstacles in their lives and use those obstacles for opportunities for growth.
Our Services
Please Note: We do not provide Autism evaluations but will be happy to provide referrals. We are not an ABA provider or proponent of ABA. We promote neurodiversity of all types.
Neurodivergent/Neurodiversity Business Consulting
We work with businesses to recruit and train neurodivergent individuals and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Many corporations have already seen the benefits in hiring neurodivergent individuals. We also offer neurodiversity consulting for all professionals in a variety of fields.
Counseling and EMDR
Counseling, EMDR, and Child-Centered Play Therapy are offered for ages 6 and up. We also have therapists that accept BCBS and Ambetter insurance and private pay. We work with most areas of need including neurodivergence, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, pathological demand avoidance, religious trauma, etc.. All our therapists are EMDR trained which is an amazing modality for trauma and other negative thoughts.
Neurodiversity Training Seminars
We offer seminars and training’s to businesses, churches, organizations, and professionals on a variety of topics including neurodiversity, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Lego Based Play Therapy
Yes! We have a specific office dedicated to Lego Based Child-Centered Play Therapy and other creative play.
Community Engagement
We strive to work with creating a more inclusive and integrative community for our neurodivergent individuals and offer support for them and their families.
